About Us CJSC BelSwissBank is registered in the Republic of Belarus and it’s activities are regulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus. BelSwissBank is a resident of the Republic of Belarus. Supervision and control of BelswissBank activity is realized by The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus is the central bank and a government agency of the Republic of Belarus operating exclusively in the interests of the Republic of Belarus. The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus concerning commercial banks (which BelSwissBank is) provides the following functions: • carrys out state registration of banks and non-bank financial institutions; • gives consent for the banks and non-bank financial institutions to engage in securities transactions in cases prescribed by law; • licenses banking activities; • governs activity of banks and non-bank financial institutions regarding its secure and liquid performance and exercise supervision over such activity; • establishes banking operations rules and procedures; CJSC BelSwissBank is registered at The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on 07 October, 2002. BelSwissBank’s activities is not subject to supervision by any other organization (including FINMA) except The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. The Swiss capital constitutes 100% of the Bank’s Authorized Capital. BelSwissBank shareholders are three Swiss companies, who have the following shares in Bank’s capital: JSC Swiss Investment Century – 19,64% ; JSC Alpin Professional Investment – 69,40% ; JSC Profinvest Professional and Financial Investment – 10,96% .
