To fill in a T ransaction P assport we need:

1. Original of the contract;

2. Originals of all addenda to the contract.

To fill in a S tatistics D eclaration we need:

For imports:

1. Original of the contract;

2. Originals of all addenda to the contract;

3. Original of the transaction passport registered earlier;

4. Notarised copies of bills of lading and invoices;

5. Document certifying the Russian origin of goods (namely, quality certificate, quality passport, compliance certificate);

6. Letter informing Minsk region customs about the date of the accounting transaction that registers the arrival of goods at the warehouse. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead. The form is free.

For exports:

1. Original of the contract;

2. Originals of all addenda to the contract;

3. Original of the transaction passport registered earlier;

4. Notarised copies of bills of lading;

5. Letter informing Minsk region customs about the date of the accounting transaction that registers the withdrawal of goods from the warehouse.
