Steps:

1. To confirm the debt of the energy system the creditor submits the original documents (delivery contract, bill of lading, etc.) to the Bank;

2. A bank official makes copies of the aforementioned documents and hands them back to the creditor;

3. The Bank and the creditor (hereinafter referred to as Commissioner and Principal) sign a commission contract;

4. Under the contract the Bank shall find economic entities, which have a debt to the energy system, collect their debt and transfer the amount minus service fee to the Principal’s account;

5. The parties sign an acceptance document.

NB: The debt to the energy system cannot exceed the declared debt of the latter to the Principal.
