Are you planning a trip abroad?

You may need information about the rules of foreign currency export from Belarus. The sum of $3,000 and under can be taken out undeclared. If you want to take foreign cash or traveller’s cheques worth over $3,000, remember the following:

Individuals wishing to export foreign cash and traveller’s cheques worth over $3,000 -10 000 should file a declaration. Any of the following documents is required, as well: customs declaration of foreign currency import to Belarus, currency certificate, bank receipt (for Belarusian residents only).

You can obtain the currency export receipt (form 0406007) at the cashier’s desk of BelSwissBank head office. We charge 0.3 basic amounts for drawing up the receipt.
