So, what operations can private clients carry out through online services of BSB Bank:
Issue and reissue the card.
On website, in Internet or mobile bank – choose the card type, account currency, view key privileges and get the card delivered to your home!
• Change card limits, enable SMS notifications and 3D-Secure.
All this is done in Internet- or mobile bank in two clicks: just go to the "My cards" section; and select the one for which you want to change the settings.
• Generate a new PIN code, block the card in case of loss.
Is there any reason to worry that the card has been compromised? There is not a minute to lose! Block your card or generate a new PIN directly in the app without calling the bank.
• Make a P2P transfer, submit a transfer request.
Transfers from card to card can be made through card2card.bsb.by or the application MoneyApp. Instant transfers work with cards of any Belarusian banks and are available in 65 countries around the world. By the way, in the MoneyApp application, the functionality is wider: you can make a transfer request or create a collective fundraiser.
• Pay utility bills, fines, etc.
All this is done through ERIP. And if you do it yourself in the application, then it’s also free! The most frequent ERIP payments are placed on the main page of the mobile bank, but you can always open the full "tree" ERIP and select the payment you need to make.
• Create AutoPay.
For regular payments, there is an auto payment service. You can set it up yourself and not worry that your fitness center membership will remain unpaid. In the mobile bank, open the "My payments" menu, find the desired payment from the previously made ones and click the "Down" arrow below it. The button you need "Add to AutoPay" will appear in the submenu.
• Find the nearest ATM.
The day did not go according to plan and now hurry to withdraw cash? We understand! Click in the mobile application on "ATMs" and select "By distance" in the filter. Here you will see a list of ATMs with addresses, opening hours and available currencies.
