Medical and Legal Support Service
Going to a foreign country or to any country where you may experience a considerable language barrier always implies a risk to be left single and unsupported in a difficult situation, especially when it comes to health problems or local law.
If a holder of the Visa Premium card faces any health problems or misunderstandings related to the laws of the host country when on travels, he or she may at any time employ services of Medical and Legal Information Service.
The Medical and Legal Information Service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Service operators speak English, French, Czech, Hungarian, Polish and Russian languages.
The Medical and Legal Information Service is provided within the first 90 days of a trip outside the country of residence of the holder of a Visa Premium card. It is important that at least 50% of the travelling and accommodation costs should by paid for by a Vise Premium card.
The Medical and Legal Information Service is available not only in emergency situations, i.e., you can use it when planning your trip or to learn the rules of and procedure for real estate acquisition and taxation, the procedure for obtaining visas or executing commercial contracts, etc.
